Design
Great design begins with great architecture. Cobalt partners with premier local architects and civil designers in all its projects.
A multidisciplinary design office engaged in the complexities and multiplicities of contemporary life. Its research, strategy, and work focuses on transforming intangible ideas into spatial realities and physical form. Formed in 2011 by partners Bang Dang and Rizwan Faruqui, who together bring over 30 years of experience in the design field.
Founded in 1979, STRAND offers collective extensive experience in projects of diverse typologies and genres, delivering architectural, planning, design, interior design, structural engineering, and related services from its Dallas office. Their client-centric focus, built on service, ethics, and integrity, defines their commitment to excellence.
A Dallas–Ft. Worth based MBE, SBE, and HUB certified firm serving the north Texas region. What sets LAM apart is multifaceted expertise in private and municipal design, municipal plan, zoning and plat review, project management, and third-party plan review. Founded by David Lam, a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager.
